Delete your account
You can delete your My Study Mantra account and its data at any time.
Delete it yourself in the app or website
- Sign in to My Study Mantra (Android app or mystudymantra.in).
- Open Account → Settings and scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it
Email us from the address on your account, or tell us the email or phone number you signed up with, and we will delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account, name, email and phone number, all student profiles, progress, AI chat history, saved questions and chapters, uploaded books, homework reports, credits and referral balances, and any study group you own (other members lose that group). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we keep
Payment, order and credit-ledger records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and refund laws require. They are not used to identify you for any other purpose. Backups are overwritten within a short period after deletion.
