Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 23 September 2026 · Last updated: 23 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of mystudymantra.in and My Study Mantra’s learning tools, content, Kids Mode, AI features, plans and credits (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, making a purchase or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and children
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If the learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms, authorise use and supervise the account and purchases. Kids Mode does not remove the need for adult supervision.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and parent PIN, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law. Accounts and plan benefits may not be sold, transferred or shared outside the permitted student or family profiles.
3. Educational service and AI limitations
My Study Mantra provides supplemental educational assistance. It is not a school, examination authority or substitute for a qualified teacher. AI-generated explanations, answers, quizzes, diagrams, marking and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important content against current NCERT textbooks, teachers and official examination sources. We do not guarantee marks, admission, examination results or any specific learning outcome.
4. Plans, credits and payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and any applicable taxes or charges will be shown before payment. Paid My Study Mantra plans currently provide access for the period shown at checkout, generally 30 days, and do not automatically renew unless auto-renewal is expressly offered and accepted at checkout. My Study Mantra Credits are usage units for eligible features, are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as described at purchase.
Payments are processed by Razorpay and its payment partners. A purchase is complete only after payment verification and successful plan or credit activation. We do not store full payment-instrument credentials. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or non-educational abuse;
- upload content that infringes privacy, copyright or other rights;
- attempt to bypass authentication, parent controls, plan or credit limits;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use bots, scraping or automated access that burdens the Service; or
- resell, reproduce or commercially exploit My Study Mantra content without written permission.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of lawful questions, notes and academic material you submit. You grant My Study Mantra and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as required to provide, secure and improve the requested Service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
7. My Study Mantra content and intellectual property
The Service, branding, interface, software and original learning materials are owned by or licensed to My Study Mantra and protected by applicable law. NCERT and third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, add, limit or discontinue features to maintain security, improve the Service, comply with law or manage provider availability. Temporary interruptions may occur. If we permanently discontinue a paid service before providing the purchased benefit, the Refund Policy will apply.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, other users, payment systems or the Service; investigate fraud; comply with law; or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Study Mantra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content, third-party services, device problems or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s right to approach a competent consumer commission or other authority under applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
